No Anime Expo experience?...In case you're unfortunate like me.....

....and wasn't able to attend this year's Anime Expo in L.A. where Momusu headlined as the guest of honor~! I've been hearing so much about the expo and it sounds like everyone's having a most incredible time there for sure!! This is truly so unique as really other than being a FC member or in Japan for one of their special events you could never see them this up close before with entry available to the public! I imagine their concert must have been so much fun to be able to attend!! So *lucky*!!! ＼(^o^)／☆

I'll definitely try to make the next opportunity...well if there's a next one! =) But surely there should be more opportunities I think. Their very first public event in the U.S. and just a few months ago something like this was almost unimaginable! Really really big!! ＾　＾

So many funny and cute moments during Momusu's Q&A panel! And this is definitely groundbreaking and encouraging for all fans outside of Japan as UFI appears to want to embrace and reach out to their fan base overseas and beyond~. ＾　＾

Thanks for the link im soooo bumed still for not being able to go lame... I wonder if they are on their way back to japan by now. I think it would of been crazy cool to meet Tsunku too and see rika-chan and yoshi-chan at their booth. waaaahh i wanted to go. (T_T)

I'm not too sure of the reasons but only Hangry...or rather Yossi was at the expo. Hello!Blog's Paul got his Hangry plushy autographed on its head!!! So *cute* and lucky ne~! =) I wonder how Tsunku's panel went today.....hoping that a recording of that surfaces as well. I'll post a link if I see it. This recording is really well done with clear audio~......so many amusing moments during Momusu's Q&A panel!!! Me too....very sad I wasn't able to attend. (;_;)

no problem i have this overwhelming curiosity of what the graduated girls are doing so i spend a lot of time scouring the net for info on their life after Musume I am weird like that wonder if that makes me otaku? heh? oh well what ever ill ponder that later. Its seems like you have more experience than me on japan and j-pop music so from now on all call you Sempai. onegaishimasu. (^_^)V

Oh no that's a wonderful way to spend your time I think =).......lol you may be otaku then! ＾　＾ I'm still early awaiting a Mikitty comeback and more from Hangry & Angry. Melon Kinenbi has just begun releasing singles again apart from H!P but the artists that I'm really hoping to hear from soon would have to be Ayaya & Nacchi! Awww I'm so unworthy of such a name! XD

Well Sempai Besides a few public appearances i don't know what nacchi is going to do she may be on a summer tour if im not mistaken but im not sure, as for Ayaya i have seen her mentioned in a few former member blogs and some T.V. appearances nothing mentioning any new music. I love both abe and aya and they to me were always some of the stronger singers of HP as well as goto maki so if i hear anything ill let you know. Ganbatte!! (^_^)

Happy belated 4th, I happened to be in L.A. and I made a great effort to make it to the Expo (incredible amount of queuing and waiting, and under the hot sun, and standing and waiting and what not), but being able to attend most of the Morning Musume's events were so incredibly awesome!!! and well worth all the sweats and pains. :D
I think i met Paul Thomas from Hello!blog...too bad he wasn't forthcoming with his insider info when he got it...:-/

Most likely between the two of them Ayaya would be the one to continue in music as I heard that even up to her graduation from H!P she was already performing in smaller clubs and venues around Japan. Her sales really dropped off towards the end but she just has so much talent and I'm thinking with a new start elsewhere it could really boost her popularity back up~. It's great that Gomaki is active with Avex now so the future looks *bright*. =)

With Goto Maki its seems she is pairing up with other artists mostly i would like to see her go at it alone also nakazawa yuko i think should continue in music her voice has always captivated me but she seems to be going the actress route i really hope she picks up a label and continues singing. Another one that has been hitting the small clubs like ayaya is Kaori lida so keep an eye out for her. (^_^)

Happy belated 4th Renyi!! =) A~h! so *lucky* you were able to attend!!! I can imagine the lines for all of their events must've been really long but so worth it!! I hope you were able to attend Momusu's concert too and I heard Yossi appeared as a special guest! Plus Hangry's autograph session and of course Momusu's!! I also heard that some were able to shake their hands too~....how amazing that must have been! LOL I can imagine some fans not wanting to wash their hands right away just to savor the moment! XD I'm sad to hear that about your meeting with Paul...I think he was under a great deal of stress though with losing his debit card as well as so much confusion on where some events were being held.

Avex created such a lush website for Gomaki when she first became a part of their musical family.....but I also noticed that she's only participated in larger lives featuring many of their artists but nothing solo yet. It's a bit odd as surely she can be successful with her very own releases and headlining events~. I totally feel the same way about Yukosan whether it be enka or pop! =) There's a real uniqueness and *warmth* to her vocals.....it always puzzled me as to why UFI used her so rarely in the last few years prior to her graduating. :/ It was like just one single a year and then even less than that...makes me sad. Maybe Yukosan and Aichan will be the most successful in dramas and movies going even further than their H!P careers out of all the members! Thank you for the updates and it's great to know that Kaorin is active too in the entertainment industry! ＾　＾

Yes, it was amazing, I attend most of the events, hopefully, I'll give a recount of the going on the last few days soon.
I did attend the Q&A, concert, and the autograph session, and saw Yossi (Hangry) and walk behind her while she was leaving after the signing session.
I told Eri she was my favorite, and she smile so brightly and said thank you and shook my hand :D, and all the girls are incredibly cute, pretty and friendly!!!

It was one of his big "shopping bags" :) I think J-List is well known. He actually lives in San Diego too. I got my Totoro tees for the girls and my "Stupid Foreigner" tee right from the San Diego warehouse! :)

And Daynah got me a MM CD, so I've got something (indirectly) from them too! :)

Everyone says what an amzing event! Do you pull on your bangs when you are embarrased too?! :P

The more fan accounts I read the more is sounds like Yossi was no doubt the most accessible.....in terms of just being able to get up so near to her! =) Of course perfect timing sounds to have come into play as well and it must have been so exciting to see her so candidly outside of the actual events~. A~~~h! I would have love to have been able to do the very same as Kamei is my most favorite♥ too!! ………(゜∀゜)………。

LOL...e~h!!! that T-shirt sounds so odd!!! :o Not the Totoro one of course but the...um other one! O_o! I'm thinking the CD from the expo must be a special "expo" edition but I'm yet to see anyone with it just yet~. So *lucky*!!
