Hi Jeff! I wish I could have greeted you sooner....I'm so sorry that this is so late. Merry belated Christmas~! I hope you had a wonderful day with family & friends. We suffered a lightning storm yesterday which took away our power on Oahu for most of the night into the morning and I was just thinking....thank goodness it didn't occur the day before..still without any adjacent power to get assistance from we're all alone here in the middle of the ocean so they couldn't restore electricity for quite a long time...I keep thinking thank goodness I wasn't in an elevator at the time it occurred....lol I'm silly I know! >_<

I think ours came back on at about 6 am...or so although I was so out of it that I can't be totally sure......I actually fell asleep next to the radio which was still on from last night. >_< It was really depressing last night but thankfully the lightning storm didn't occur on Christmas day or eve...that would have just ruined so much for everyone here. :( I could turn on my laptop but no internet connection meant listening to music only or a movie although my battery wasn't charged all the way so I tried to limit using it too much. It's funny how much we rely on electricity...silly to say I know but it really crippled the entire island and all in just an instant....scary actually. :/

I remember those purikura that we used to have......(sigh) but they're all gone now. But this website is really cute! And I believe you can order prints too.....oh wait am I thinking of the same site? (goes to check...)
