J-Pop therapy overload?!!
Ever combine orders together and then continue to add to them over time until you've created a little monster? :O An innocent knock on the door today and now I'm swimming in releases totaling 12, not to mention a few others that arrived earlier and are yet to leave their cellophane wrapping. :P It seems that by the time I get things done around the house after getting home from work there's just so little time for anything else these days....I need a J-Pop holiday perhaps...
First there's Airiin's new shashinshuu....I just can't get over how much more mature she looks here and haha I had no idea that her DVD involved golf! :P My father loves to golf but I'm terrible at it....even in video game form, the Wii doesn't help me any I'm afraid. I'm so shocked and yet pleasantly surprised by the content of her DVD! Golf?! Who would've thought it?! Not me! So what we have here is 54 minutes of Airiin golf, guaranteed to be c-ute! Maybe I could learn something from her! :) As mentioned earlier Canaria Club has become a new interest of mine and I dove right in with the only four commercial releases that I could find available so far...two have been opened already and watched/listened to....really has Tsunku been giving them some of his cuter "J-Pop" style songs recently? That's really sneaky...they're not even part of H!P! :O Their pv is so cute here...I should post it! Oh!! but one of the crown jewels in this shipment has to be Arashi's new single "One Love"!!!! Johnny's Entertainment continues to make getting both editions...or all 3 editions when it comes to Tackey & Tsubasa a necessity! LE has the music video!!! \(^o^)/ and a bonus remix track featuring "Wish", "Love so sweet", and "One Love" while the RE includes "How to fly" as a bonus track which isn't included on the LE........Brilliant!! ;) I was kind of hoping that the cover art would be a bit more different but nonetheless love both covers!!! Will post my thoughts very soon on these!!! If only pv DVD singles would be released the same day as their accompanying CD releases..sounding like a broken record again I know....but why?! I'm sorry I just don't understand the reason to postpone these....strike when the irons hot right?!...well I would think. These are going into the player right away! Buono! pv goodness and High King...a new found H!P love! ^-^ Buono!'s pvs in particular have been so much fun in their direction and content and of course this magical trio has produced some of the best "J-Pop" in recent memory....I do wonder if having Pony Canyon backing them has anything to do with the creative aspect here...just some food for thought. ^-^ And just when I thought my plate was full I go and order Ayaka's second full length album. :P I loved her song "I Believe" from a drama I watched awhile ago but since have resisted the urge to go any further but I have to admit that the inclusion of a bonus DVD including 11 music videos made me jump at the opportunity...I love music videos I'm afraid and that was far too much to resist and perhaps regret later had it gone out of print. I'm anticipating Ayaka's album to really move me and hopefully in a similarly impressive way that Akiyama Nana has and continues to. That large set next to Ayaka's release is my beloved Matsu Takako's 10th anniversary complete best collection. While I already own her complete discography the real incentive here is the DVD content as I'm anticipating that some of these track listings are pvs that are previously unreleased....oh and yes! the booklet of course! ^-^ Looks to be beautifully packaged and I'll be trying to get to every thing here soon.

LOL, you are always about two weeks ahead of me on release orders!!! Today I received the High-King LE-CD, what, did you get that 2 weeks ago? And I haven't even gotten around to buying Kissx3 in any form, although I really like it! Next on my buying priority list is Berryz Kamen-Cutie Ranger, but I can't decide which to get. I know MB, you would just get both of them...I know!
And I'll throw in one more plug for The Possible!!!
BTW, I also received Momusu Best of Japan 2004 (Mika's graduation) today. That might be one of the best concerts I have seen! Mini Moni, The "Gumi's" and "W" in one show. I'm sure you have it. What did you think?
I'm quite envious of your Airi photobook! I need to order that one.
I like to keep h!p stuff coming to my place in a continious flow ... its always good to be looking forward for the next package.
I tend to keep hold of the packaging because as geeky as it sounds I really like all the different styles and types of Japanese/Chinese stamps, its like a mini post card ^_^
Or perhaps two or three of you can get together and share the write up chores? Seems like they're releasing too much for one person to cover?? That VOX group "We Heart Music" does that well for their interests...
Postman runs away! :P
Hugs
The song list for that concert is really filled with personal favorites and yes the Gumis and W being present really puts that concert up high on the list. Sakuragumi in particular is a favorite group of mine and I really like their "solo" concert DVD too....all Sakuragumi!...and so many classic beloved songs too to go along with theirs. ^-^
